I suggest that the suggestions subtopic should not hav post count, all of the noobs are spamming 15 posts to get membership.

I would have to agree with you, but I wouldn't say all of them are spamming. I think it should stay the same for a while. Just keep watching it, if it gets worse, try PM-ing Coder Sal.
