Black Dragon hitpoints

I think that the black dragons hitpoints should be lowered, it has like 3x the time of jad Neutral

More like 5x, but this does make it more of a challenge. Also, it hits alot of 0's.

also based on the fact that it hits 0s it is a ridiculously easy way to train on a sidenote, im not sure if this was meant to happen.

Leave it, very good place to train, but every time I killed it all I got were d bones and 8k.

It drops full rune, it should be harder/longer to kill than jad.
