just post like 15 times saying yes to get my membership and do i have to make my own post or can i reply to other peoples?

You have to reply in other topics, or start your own. You CANNOT spam for your 15 posts. Once you have obtained 14 posts, your 15th post can be your membership application. Hoped this helped you out.
