I apologize, the server is constantly being updated is one reason for it. Other than that, I thought I put it up this morning (2/12/09); someone closed down the server. When most of the server is completed as planned, there will be a desktop dedicated server running it constantly 24-7, so patience my friend.

Server is now up however. Locked.
