What is going on with server

Im not rly sure whats going on with this server.....are we getting a new base or something? I havent rly been on lately but ive been checking forums off and on and i didnt rly see anything going on Im not rly sure where this server is going. im getting the impression that we're scrapping the server and starting over or something, also im not rly sure why we are making two servers i think we can hold the people that we have usually on at a time.
